Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for use of the "K-space Dream Capsule" event (the "Event"), operated by YWE Co., Ltd. (the "Operator") together with the Korea AeroSpace Administration (KASA), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of participants and the Operator.

Article 3 (Participation and Restrictions)

  1. Participants may write and submit a message after consenting to the collection and use of personal information.
  2. Messages may be up to 200 characters long.
  3. If the name and password entered at the time of participation match, the participant may request that their message be edited or deleted.
  4. The Operator may restrict repeated submissions from the same IP address within a short period of time to maintain stable operation of the system.

Article 4 (Management of Posts)

Messages falling under any of the following may be made non-public or excluded from being carried aboard the launch vehicle, without prior notice.

  1. Content that defames or damages the reputation of others
  2. Profanity, obscene material, or other content deemed inappropriate by social norms
  3. Content that is biased or discriminatory toward a specific individual, group, political party, or religion
  4. Content intended for commercial advertising, promotion, or marketing
  5. Content that includes another person's personal information without authorization
  6. Content that infringes on copyright or other third-party rights
  7. Other content that violates applicable laws or is inconsistent with the purpose of the Event

Article 5 (Use of Posts)

  1. Messages submitted by participants will be recorded on a storage medium carried aboard the Nuri rocket.
  2. The Operator and KASA may use messages, excluding personally identifiable information, for the purpose of promoting the Event and reporting results.
  3. Participants warrant that their submitted messages do not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

Article 6 (Changes to the Launch Schedule)

The launch schedule of the Nuri rocket may change or be postponed due to weather conditions, technical reasons, or other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, the Operator will provide notice via this page, and shall not be liable for any damages arising from the schedule change.

Article 7 (Suspension of Service)

The Operator may temporarily suspend the Event page in the following cases.

  1. When system inspection, maintenance, or replacement is required
  2. In the event of force majeure such as power outages, communication failures, or natural disasters
  3. When normal service cannot be provided due to a surge in traffic

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Operator is not responsible for the content of messages written by participants.
  2. Participants are responsible for any disadvantage arising from errors in the information they entered.
  3. If a participant loses their password, editing or deleting their message may be restricted.

Article 9 (Amendment of Terms)

The Operator may amend these Terms as necessary, and the amended Terms shall take effect upon being posted on this page.
